Within this 24 by 36-inch artwork, Siso uses acrylic and ink to create a cityscape cast in front of numerous mountains full of trees and smaller houses. Titled “La Montaña y los Edificios de la Ciudad de Carucan,” the tall buildings are painted in vibrant pinks, yellows, and blues, while the mountains are more neutral in their palette. In the far distance is the skyline, which hosts three birds and a warm yellow sun at the top of the densely populated composition.
